Lets talk about sex, and spirituality.Have you had a calling towards spiritual sex(tantra). What does your sacred journey mean to you? Have you felt more accepting of yourself since you connected with your spiritual sexual self. Come and tell us about your sacred journey, listen to other men and women talk about their experiences. Exchange ideas, make new tantric friends in a relaxed friendly safe space. Everyone is welcome, all genders of all sexual orientations. At the London Skool of Tantra we don't charge an up front fee, but rely on your discretion to make a tantric donation at the end of the session. The workshop will run as follows
13.45 : Arrival and refreshments 14.00 : Welcome and introduction of the facilitating team followed by a short guided visualisation, in a circle. 14.15 : What is a Sacred Journey? Why is it Sacred? Celebrating the totality of who we each are, connecting our sexuality to our spirituality. Breaking into smaller groups we will discuss how we started our individual journeys and where we feel we are at. Then come back and share into the bigger group common themes and experiences. 15.15 : A Sacred Tea Break 15.45 : Fears and anxieties. Where are you on your sacred journey? What is causing you fear or anxiety? How have you dealt with these issues. – 16.15 : A journey of affirmation Exercise 16.45 : Where to from here? Each sacred journey is individual and yet, when working along side others in workshops and meetup session we can gain so much more. We finish with a closing circle. There will also be time to let the organisers know what type of events you would like them to arrange or organise over the coming months.
